1. Who we are
Flavy is offered by [full name or company, address] (“we”). You can reach us at [support email]. These terms apply to the Flavy app and flavy.io.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Flavy and must be at least [16] years old. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Data & support.
3. Households
A household is a shared space for meal plans, recipes and a shopping list. Anyone with a valid invite can join. Members see what is shared in the household and can change the plan and the list. The household admin can rename the household, remove members and hand the admin role to someone else. Only invite people you want to share with.
4. Your content
Recipes, notes, plans and other content you add stay yours. You allow us to store, process and show them to you and the members of your household, as far as needed to run Flavy. Only add content you are allowed to use. When you import a recipe from a website, you are responsible for respecting the rights of its author. Don’t use Flavy for anything unlawful, offensive or harmful to others.
5. AI features
Recipe import and watercolor covers (“Paint it”) use AI models. Results can be incomplete or wrong, for example a missing ingredient, a wrong quantity or an image that doesn’t match the dish. Check them before you rely on them, especially for allergies and dietary needs.
Each account gets a number of free watercolor images, shown in the app. Failed or cancelled paintings don’t use one. We may change the number of free images or pause the feature, for example to prevent misuse or when costs require it.
6. Price and availability
Flavy is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price and conditions before you buy anything. We work to keep Flavy available, but we can’t promise it will always work without interruption. We may change or discontinue features; if we stop Flavy entirely, we will tell you in good time so you can export your data.
7. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the damage typically foreseeable. Otherwise our liability is excluded.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Flavy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; where reasonable, we will warn you first.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will inform you in the app in advance. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account.
10. Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country. [Online dispute resolution / consumer arbitration statement under § 36 VSBG.]

1. Wer wir sind
Flavy wird angeboten von [vollständiger Name oder Firma, Anschrift] („wir“). Du erreichst uns unter [Support-E-Mail]. Diese Bedingungen gelten für die Flavy-App und flavy.io.
2. Dein Konto
Für Flavy brauchst du ein Konto und musst mindestens [16] Jahre alt sein. Gib deine Zugangsdaten nicht weiter und sag uns Bescheid, wenn du glaubst, dass jemand anderes dein Konto nutzt. Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App unter Profil → Daten & Support löschen.
3. Haushalte
Ein Haushalt ist ein gemeinsamer Bereich für Essenspläne, Rezepte und eine Einkaufsliste. Wer eine gültige Einladung hat, kann beitreten. Mitglieder sehen, was im Haushalt geteilt ist, und können Plan und Liste ändern. Die Admin-Person kann den Haushalt umbenennen, Mitglieder entfernen und die Admin-Rolle weitergeben. Lade nur Menschen ein, mit denen du teilen möchtest.
4. Deine Inhalte
Rezepte, Notizen, Pläne und andere Inhalte, die du hinzufügst, bleiben deine. Du erlaubst uns, sie zu speichern, zu verarbeiten und dir sowie den Mitgliedern deines Haushalts anzuzeigen, soweit das für den Betrieb von Flavy nötig ist. Füge nur Inhalte hinzu, die du verwenden darfst. Importierst du ein Rezept von einer Website, bist du dafür verantwortlich, die Rechte der Urheberin oder des Urhebers zu beachten. Nutze Flavy nicht für Rechtswidriges, Beleidigendes oder für andere Schädliches.
5. KI-Funktionen
Rezeptimport und Aquarell-Titelbilder („Malen“) nutzen KI-Modelle. Die Ergebnisse können unvollständig oder falsch sein, etwa eine fehlende Zutat, eine falsche Menge oder ein Bild, das nicht zum Gericht passt. Prüfe sie, bevor du dich darauf verlässt, besonders bei Allergien und Ernährungsbedürfnissen.
Jedes Konto erhält eine in der App angezeigte Anzahl freier Aquarellbilder. Fehlgeschlagene oder abgebrochene Bilder werden nicht angerechnet. Wir können die Anzahl freier Bilder ändern oder die Funktion pausieren, etwa um Missbrauch zu verhindern oder wenn die Kosten es erfordern.
6. Preis und Verfügbarkeit
Flavy ist derzeit kostenlos. Führen wir kostenpflichtige Funktionen ein, nennen wir dir Preis und Bedingungen, bevor du etwas kaufst. Wir bemühen uns, Flavy verfügbar zu halten, können aber keinen unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb garantieren. Wir können Funktionen ändern oder einstellen; stellen wir Flavy ganz ein, informieren wir dich rechtzeitig, damit du deine Daten exportieren kannst.
7. Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit sowie nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für die Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten, begrenzt auf den typischerweise vorhersehbaren Schaden. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen.
8. Ende der Nutzung
Du kannst Flavy jederzeit nicht mehr nutzen und dein Konto löschen. Wir können ein Konto sperren oder schließen, das schwer oder wiederholt gegen diese Bedingungen verstößt; wenn zumutbar, warnen wir dich vorher.
9. Änderungen dieser Bedingungen
Ändern wir diese Bedingungen, informieren wir dich vorab in der App. Bist du nicht einverstanden, kannst du dein Konto löschen.
10. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Bist du Verbraucherin oder Verbraucher in einem anderen EU-Land, bleibt dir der Schutz der zwingenden Vorschriften dieses Landes erhalten. [Hinweis zur Verbraucherschlichtung nach § 36 VSBG.]
